Some people have made comments that it should get a lower mark because of the grpahics... well LBP doens't exactly have amazing graphics there merely adequate but does it stop it being a good game.. no.
Ive played the lbp beta for a while and think its a good game but im sure im going to be spending more time with Fable this month.
I think Sony have handled LBP quite well. Ive seen it in papers, tv and lots of people seem to be talking about it. I will be very surprised if this isnt a big hit.
If the ps3 doenst drop price it will loose to the 360 between now and Christmas mark my words. Its already happening. Sony need to wake up and smell the coffee.
There pretty bad shots of Halo3 to be honest. Resistance is better though but it will have to do a lot besides graphics to be as good to play as Halo.
The 360 will no doubt outsell the ps3 this season but the fat guys face makes me want to slap it hard with a shovel.
Tell that to Sony this month.

To be honest the pc charts make for unispired reading.
I should imagine they will outsell the Ps3 this Christmas, will be very surprised if they don't but when evetually the ps3 gets another price cut i can see 360 loosing a lot of ground. It might be getting to the start of the next gen by then but i have no doubt the ps3 will outsell when all is said and done. It will be a lot closer than last time round though.

Theres only one reason this is getting delayed and thats Gears2. All this stuff about the song is bull. Sony want all the publicity that week this is released to be for this game and gears would have stole some of its thunder. Its just good sense to release it after.
Thats a real bad pic of gears, looks like the unfinished version. Having played the beta of Killzone2 which is good by the way i have to say Gears has the better textures. Killzone has nice effects and is great but gears does have the better textures. Im a fan of both but thats just the way i see it.
its not a case of comparing it to the 360. The fact is the ps3 should be selling 10 times what it has been so far. the 360 isnt expected to do well in Japan but Sony is.
Whatever way you spin it the fact is Sony have taken a kicking this gen on there home turf.
There the same except the brightness is down on the ps3 version. Ive downloaded vids on my ps3 and 360 and on my tv there are exactly the same. Stop tyring to find something thats not there and just enjoy the fact EA made a great game thats identical on both formats.
I agree theres great games on both. I must admit if i had to choose it would be gears over LbP ( i think LPB is great but platformers arn't my thing) but theres no way i would put it down because of it. Lbp is a great peice of software and Sony should be giving a pat on the back for trying something new. Hopefully it will get as good as sales as gears.
I think LBP is great but i reckon sales wise Gears2 will be the biggie this season. Sales for Gears2 will probably hit 5mill plus so Lbp would have to sell to 1/3rd of its install base to reach the same number.. Thats a big order.

Damn an huge open world and it looks stunning. Contender for Game of the year 09 if they pull it off. Im more excited for this than Killzone2 now. Just wow.
